Upcoming Launch - 8th August 2010
Monday, 12 July 2010 20:00

Rockets will be cracking-up the Queensland skies from about 8:00am until 12:30pm on Sunday 8th August.  Everyone is welcome to come and watch all the action of model rockets and high-power rockets launching up to an altitude of 5,000 feet.

Detailed directions for getting to the launch site can be found here.

If the weather turns rainy or windy we will not be able to launch.  If the weather looks doubtful, you can confirm whether the launch is proceeding by phoning 0412 650 682 any time after 7:00am on the day of the launch.

IMPORTANT: We prefer that you do not bring any pet animals to the launch site as the sights and sounds of the rocket motors may scare some animals.  However, if you do, please keep them restrained at times (e.g. on a leash).
